• Support requirements definition, verification, and system architecture activities using DOORS, MBSE, SysML, and trade study techniques
• Develop end-to-end subsystem integration and test plans for radar system verification
• Support radar and combat systems integration and test activities
• Perform system trade studies, analyses of alternatives, and associated technical analyses
• Support system performance modeling and analysis
• Participate in requirements verification testing
• Participate in engineering technical reviews
• Document engineering work, artifacts, test results, and technical data in formal engineering systems
• Work onsite with highly skilled engineering teams supporting radar and combat systems development

• U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
• Direct experience with radar, AEGIS, SPY, AESA, S-Band, missile defense, or surface ship radar systems
• Direct radar/combat systems integration and test experience
• DOORS experience required
• Experience supporting requirements definition, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling/simulation, integration/test, or system architecture
• Experience with MATLAB
• Proficiency in C++ or another object-oriented programming language
• Experience with MBSE, SysML, Cameo, MagicDraw, or similar model-based systems engineering tools
• Ability to work onsite in Moorestown, NJ; Camden, NJ; or Syracuse, NY

Highly Desired Experience:

• Radar signal processing, radar algorithm development, radar performance modeling, AESA hardware, or beam forming experience
• Navy, missile defense, combat systems, EW, sensor, shipboard systems, or mission-critical defense program experience
• AEGIS Weapon System, SPY radar, S-Band radar, surface ship radar, or missile defense radar experience
• Hands-on DOORS experience for requirements, test cases, traceability, verification, or test planning
• Experience creating integration and test plans for radar or complex defense systems
• Strong analytical and applied mathematics background
• Experience participating in formal technical reviews and documenting engineering artifacts

• Level 2: 2-5 years of experience
• Level 3: 5+ years of experience
• Level 4: 9-13 years of experience; subject matter expertise preferred

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, paid time off, 401K, and other benefits as applicable.
