Salesforce Developer & Administrator

• Support daily Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
• Resolve bugs and maintain system stability
• Configure and update forms, validations, and field-level security
• Develop and maintain Apex solutions
• Manage user and service account profiles
• Write and optimize SOQL queries
• Support cross-object and cross-table data queries
• Partner with stakeholders on requirements and solutions
• Provide clear status updates and progress communication

This is a strong contract opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting critical business operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a Salesforce-based workforce solution, with plenty of opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment., * Strong Salesforce administration experience

• Experience with Apex development
• Solid understanding of Salesforce navigation and configuration
• Experience managing forms and field-level security
• Ability to update and maintain validations
• Strong SOQL query skills
• Experience optimizing query performance
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and requirements discovery skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting workforce-related Salesforce solutions
• Background in bug fixing and production support
• Experience working with service accounts
• Familiarity with stakeholder reporting
