Job description

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies
  • Process digital documents, reports, invoices, and spreadsheets
  • Organize and manage electronic files and records
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for management
  • Communicate with team members regarding data corrections or updates
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Follow company privacy and security procedures

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Processing Assistant to support our team by managing, processing, and maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment., * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or data processing is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and online collaboration tools
  • Strong typing and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
