Lead Identity Security Program Delivery Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of identity and access management (IAM) and broader security programs at Chubb. You will lead cross-functional teams, applying agile identity solution delivery to strengthen access controls and security governance. The role focuses on delivering MVP IAM releases, coordinating global projects, and translating complex security concepts for stakeholder audiences. You will shape security initiatives that protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability while collaborating with regional IT teams and leadership to sustain program momentum. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Identity Management solution implementation team and ensure Scrum practices across development teams * Define, measure, and drive MVP releases to enhance user access management and onboarding of applications into the IGA solution * Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodologies; mentor Scrum teams * Manage tasks, scope, timelines, processes, and deliverables * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: planning, standups, retrospectives, demos, testing * Monitor progress, risks, issues; remove impediments; drive continuous improvement * Serve as primary contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership; prepare status reports and executive updates * Manage complex global security projects and strategic initiatives including process improvements and metrics * Collaborate with global/regional IT teams; clarify responsibilities and outcomes for stakeholders * Stay updated on identity/security technologies and provide data-driven recommendations Tasks * Minimum 3 years of project management experience in security, technology, or related field * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools * Experience leading agile teams, Scrum ceremonies, and delivery in a multifaceted environment * Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills * Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences * Experience with identity management solutions, Active Directory/Azure identity integration patterns, and Agile tools such as Jira is preferred * PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred but not required with relevant experience Key requirements *
