Senior Fullstack AI Engineer (React, Python)

Experteer Overview In this role you will help build TeamViewer’s agentic ecosystem and the core AI-powered platform capabilities. You’ll design and operate enterprise-grade AI systems, ensure secure, scalable, and auditable agent interactions, and drive reliable AI workflows. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade tools, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that empower AI agents to act safely in real-world software. Compensation / Benefits * Build services behind the agentic ecosystem, including MCP servers/clients, tool integrations, context assembly, orchestration, and external connections * Design and operate enterprise-grade AI systems with authentication, tenancy isolation, auditability, rate limiting, and cost controls * Create agent-friendly interfaces, schemas, and workflows; validate effectiveness through evaluation * Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for prompts, tools, models, and retrieval strategies * Engineer production AI workflows with telemetry, monitoring, cost management, latency tracking, and quality drift detection * Implement safeguards against prompt injection and tool misuse in collaboration with security stakeholders * Work across full stack: Python services and frontend experiences to bring AI to end users * Use AI coding agents as a core development mechanism and improve context, tooling, and engineering practices Tasks * 8+ years of production software experience with Python * Strong TypeScript experience across the stack * Hands-on experience with model-based or agentic systems, including tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval, context management, and orchestration * Solid understanding of MCP or similar agent-tool protocols; multi-tenant environments * Ability to define quality criteria, build evaluation frameworks, interpret results, and improve AI systems * Knowledge of OAuth, service identities, event-driven architectures, and enterprise SaaS platforms * Experience with AI coding agents and ensuring software correctness, security, and maintainability * Understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, tool abuse, data leakage) and failure modes (hallucinations, non-determinism) * Excellent English communication and collaboration across distributed teams Key requirements * competitive compensation and bonuses * flexible PTO and paid holidays * 401(k) with employer matching * comprehensive health insurance including 100% employer-paid medical * up to 12 weeks parental leave * life and disability insurance
