Software Analyst - Associate / Outage Management Services

Experteer Overview In this role you will help bridge the gap between software developers and end-users to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will work on gathering requirements, analyzing system design, and supporting end-users across PCI products. The position blends technical work with collaboration, documentation, and process improvements. You will join a hybrid team based in Norman, OK, contributing to software that protects the environment and lowers utility costs. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teammates.
