Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will help bridge the gap between software developers and end-users to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will work on gathering requirements, analyzing system design, and supporting end-users across PCI products. The position blends technical work with collaboration, documentation, and process improvements. You will join a hybrid team based in Norman, OK, contributing to software that protects the environment and lowers utility costs. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teammates. Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document user requirements through stakeholder collaboration * Analyze software requirements and help create functional specs and design documents * Interpret data to inform design decisions and improve performance * Provide end-user support and troubleshoot software issues * Maintain up-to-date documentation for software systems * Collaborate within the team to share technical updates and progress * Assist project managers with planning, progress monitoring, and deadlines * Suggest process improvements to enhance the software development lifecycle * Show adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a collaborative team * Assist with coding and scripting under guidance, contributing to development * Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients * Improve quality and features of PCI software with the development team * Perform testing, documentation, and QA for new features * Other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field * 0-3 years of experience in computer science * Basic knowledge of programming and scripting * Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL and AWS * Strong task and time management skills * Advanced computer skills including MS Office * Proficient in problem solving and logical thinking * Able to take direction and learn from more senior employees Key requirements * flexible working hours * remote work * hybrid office in Norman, OK
