SAP Center Of Excellence (COE) Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Center of Excellence (COE) Senior Manager to lead and evolve a high-performing SAP organization within a complex enterprise environment. This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings deep SAP delivery credibility and can remain close to the technical work, not removed from it.

This is not a purely governance or people-management position. The ideal candidate will be hands-on when needed, capable of engaging directly with senior SAP analysts, and able to guide SAP strategy and execution across multiple business cycles while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives., * Lead and grow the SAP Center of Excellence, providing direction, standards, and priorities across SAP delivery and support

• Serve as a technical and functional escalation point for complex SAP challenges, design decisions, and delivery execution
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise goals and operational realities
• Guide and develop a strong SAP technical team through mentorship, coaching, and career development
• Drive successful execution across full SAP program lifecycles, including:
• Large-scale implementations
• Digital transformation initiatives
• Post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
• Establish practical guardrails, architecture standards, and delivery discipline without over-engineering
• Ensure SAP initiatives meet compliance expectations within a SOX-regulated environment
• Collaborate with global teams and provide leadership presence across international operations, including onsite engagement as needed.

• Significant SAP leadership experience within large, complex enterprise environments
• Deep SAP credibility with the ability to engage in technical design discussions and challenge assumptions when necessary
• Strong foundation in SAP functional and/or technical delivery (FICO highly preferred; additional modules a plus)
• Proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver major SAP programs
• Experience implementing enterprise systems in a SOX-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to balance architecture, delivery execution, and business alignment
• Operator mindset with a history of owning outcomes end-to-end
• Strong judgment with the ability to diplomatically push back on misaligned priorities
• Align, lead, and inspire teams toward a common goal
• Deliver results while identifying and mitigating risks to the enterprise
• Stay grounded in Array Technologies’ values and behaviors
• Develop talent and champion diversity across the organization

The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP leader who has grown through hands-on delivery roles rather than governance alone. This individual understands what works in practice, has experience operating SAP at scale, and can lead a COE with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset.
