Scrum Master / Program Manager - AI Focus

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team performance and delivery
• Use Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to support analysis, automation, reporting, and decision-making
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics for stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementation, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Support Agile transformation efforts through training, coaching, and practical guidance
• Bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, software engineering, or technology delivery teams
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority
• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred, * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Strong Excel analytical skills for data, metrics, and reporting
• Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity and workflow
• Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools

Other Skills:

• Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments
• Additional Agile-related certifications
• Experience building presentations and executive-ready status reporting
