Job description

GDIT is looking for a SCRUM Master to join our National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program.

This is a HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda MD.

This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.

Responsibilities:

Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Tracks actions, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain schedule discipline

Supports reporting, coordination, and risk tracking across task areas

Requirements

Agile Methodology,Agile Project Management,Scrum, 6 + years of related experience, 6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution

Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning

Skilled in backlog management and documentation

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)

Experience in translating requirements and facilitating discussions

Experience in identifying and removing impediments to maintain workflow

Experience supporting NIH

Experience supporting large federal IT programs

Rewards: Full benefits, wellness programs, 401K matching, competitive salary, and paid time off., The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
