Requirements

  • Strong incident ownership mindset (end-to-end)

  • Ability to operate under pressure during critical outages

  • Excellent stakeholder communication

  • Experience working in global, distributed teams

  • Process-oriented thinking with continuous improvement focus.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Linux administration

  • Experience with Oracle databases, including performance analysis and SQL troubleshooting

  • Strong experience in Shell scripting and automation

  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers)

  • Monitoring & observability tools

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, hybrid architectures)

  • Experience with data/reporting platforms (Cognos, Power BI)

  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex, multi-layer issues end-to-end

  • Enterprise WMS systems, with Manhattan experience (Optional)
