REMOTE - AI Solutions Engineer

Insight Global’s client, a leading company within the gaming and technology industry, is ‘seeking an AI-focused engineer to join their Information Security organization to help bridge the gap between AI-driven Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and enterprise-ready production implementations.

This individual will collaborate directly with Security Engineering, GRC, and adjacent technical teams to gather

requirements, build, deploy, and maintain critical tools using AI-centric workflows. The immediate focus will be

supporting an initial GRC tool implementation, with longer-term ownership of AI-enabled tooling and workflow

automation across the security organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications or workflows in

production environments, strong software engineering fundamentals, and enough security/GRC exposure to operate effectively within an enterprise information security environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bridge the gap between AI-driven Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and enterprise-ready production implementations.

• Collaborate directly with the GRC team to gather requirements, build, deploy, and maintain critical GRC tools

using AI-centric workflows, with an immediate focus on an initial GRC tool implementation.

• Implement and maintain cloud security solutions in large cloud enterprise environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) with

thorough knowledge of security systems engineering, security best practices and compliance.

• Build cloud-native security and AI-enabled tooling (event-driven, on-demand, etc.).

• Build custom integrations and wrappers around AI platforms, internal systems, and existing 3rd party solutions to

achieve desired results.

• Map industry-standard security requirements to available security controls.

• Identify, analyze and utilize best security practices and compliance requirements before security system’s

implementation.

• Collaborate with adjacent teams (engineering, IT, database, security operations, etc.) to implement security

• Proven experience taking AI/LLM solutions from PoC to production, including deployment, scaling, support, and ongoing ownership.
• Hands-on AI Engineering experience building AI-enabled applications, workflows, automations, or agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Strong software engineering background with Python preferred (Golang a plus), including APIs, integrations, and production application development.
• Experience leveraging AI to solve business problems, ideally through workflow automation, operational efficiencies, or process transformation.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS preferred) and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across multiple business units, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions. - GRC, compliance, risk, or governance experience.
• Experience building AI-integrated security workflows.
