Order Entry / EDI Specialist

• Process customer POs, sales orders, quotations, and order changes in SAP
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• Manage service/repair orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Monitor open orders, backlog, material availability, and shipments
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Service, Shipping, and Operations
• Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, returns, and customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP

We are looking for an Order Entry / EDI Specialist with strong customer service, organizational skills, and SAP experience to support sales order management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Previous SAP experience

• Experience with sales order entry/order management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
