REMOTE Senior BI Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting key business units through the development, management, and enhancement of key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for producing and distributing monthly KPI reporting, developing dashboards and reporting tools, establishing data governance and KPI controls, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of critical business metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, financial reporting, data management, or a related analytical role.

• Advanced knowledge of leading BI platforms, including Power BI and Domo.

• Strong SQL development and data querying expertise.

• Experience working with large datasets and multiple source systems.

• Understanding of data governance, KPI development, and reporting control frameworks.

• Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse environments and data integration concepts.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively. * Programming experience in Python and/or R.

• Experience supporting finance, operations, or professional services organizations.

• Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills.

• Experience developing KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive reporting packages.
