Support the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systemsParticipate in discussions with Offices of Primary Concern (OPC) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.Respond to collection requirements received from Data Orchestration Services.Support the review of collection priorities submitted by the Information and Intelligence Analysis organization.Gather collection related statistics and document operational activities in daily logs and collection summaries.Optimize collection activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and government guidance.Operate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test. Provide technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies.Conduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received/shared.Participate in the review and, Key Requirements 15+ years of Technical Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience. Requirements

validation of collection priorities submitted by Information and Intelligence Analysis.Support technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft.Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training.Collect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals.Conduct and document all-source research to identify the communications used by targets of interest.Provide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications.Maintain knowledge of site capabilities to include end-to-end data flow to help recognize and define collection problems.What You BringActive TS/SCI with PolygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsFourteen (14) years of, professional experience
