Join our exciting new store opening team as a Server at APPLEBEE’S! In this energetic role, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining moments. As a vital part of our opening team, you’ll help set the tone for a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to the success of our brand-new location, making every shift an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and passion for food and beverage service., * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages responsibly, including drink service with knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy opening hours

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence
• Familiarity with TOAST POS
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktail mixing, wine pairing, spirits expertise, and drink presentation
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction and team collaboration, * Are you 18 years or older?

License/Certification:

• TABC Certification (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
