Oracle Technical Consultant

1. Technical Expertise (Oracle EBS Financials) * Strong Technical expertise in Oracle EBS AP, AR, CM, and GL modules. * Solid understanding of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms. * Knowledge of OAF/ADF frameworks is an added advantage. * Analyze business requirements and design scalable, sustainable solutions in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across financial modules with minimal turnaround time. * Provide support for interfaces, conversions, workflows, and customizations.

2. Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials) * Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials including AP, AR, GL, and Cash Management. * Exposure to Fixed Assets (FA) is a plus. * Support Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations with legacy systems. * Perform Cloud configuration, testing, data migration support, and functional validation. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end transaction flow.

3. Cross Functional Collaboration * Work closely with business users, technical teams, and support teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. * Liaise with integration teams (EAI/SOA/REST APIs) to support transaction flows between Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS. * Ensure smooth coordination between Business, IT, Vendors, and Project stakeholders. * Effectively manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines in a dynamic environment. * Provide functional leadership, guide team members, and support decision-making processes.

We are seeking highly skilled with 12+ years of hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (Technical 70% and Functional 30%) Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Financials), strong analytical skills, and the proven ability to work in complex business environments.
