Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead who is highly hands-on and capable of leading technical architecture while continuing to write and review production code. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, Apache Camel, cloud-native technologies, and modern frontend development. This role requires experience leading and mentoring onshore/offshore engineering teams while remaining actively involved in development, architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Must-Have Skills
- 8 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Java 17+
- Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud
- Microservices architecture
- Strong Apache Camel experience
- Kafka and/or Apache Pulsar
- Event-driven architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns
- REST APIs and GraphQL
- PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Transactional Outbox and reliable event-publishing concepts
- CDC and Avro/schema management
- AWS, preferably Amazon EKS
- Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Terraform
- CI/CD and Git/GitHub pull request workflows
- Angular; React is a plus
- Experience leading and mentoring onshore/offshore engineering teams
- Strong hands-on coding and production code-review experience
