Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead who is highly hands-on and capable of leading technical architecture while continuing to write and review production code. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, Apache Camel, cloud-native technologies, and modern frontend development. This role requires experience leading and mentoring onshore/offshore engineering teams while remaining actively involved in development, architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Must-Have Skills

8 10+ years of software development experience
Strong experience with Java 17+
Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud
Microservices architecture
Strong Apache Camel experience
Kafka and/or Apache Pulsar
Event-driven architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns
REST APIs and GraphQL
PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Transactional Outbox and reliable event-publishing concepts
CDC and Avro/schema management
AWS, preferably Amazon EKS
Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
Terraform
CI/CD and Git/GitHub pull request workflows
Angular; React is a plus
Experience leading and mentoring onshore/offshore engineering teams
Strong hands-on coding and production code-review experience
