Job description
- Leading the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Performing enterprise-level infrastructure management, software design and development, infrastructure and database architecture, content distribution, IP networking, IT security, data center operations, and enterprise application support.
- Analyzing and documenting the enterprise IT architecture.
- Supporting the development of IT rules and requirements that describe the baseline and target architectures.
- Coordinating and supporting the development of a broad range of architectures to support systems engineering, program management, and senior leadership in the development of new or existing IT systems throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Developing and presenting briefs to senior leadership within the customer or partner organization.
- Designing and developing system concepts and working on the capabilities phases of the systems development cycle.
- Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, and/or science OR
- Master’s degree
- One or more of the following certifications: o FEAC certified ACEA Green Belt, o FEAC Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) o TOGAF Foundation, and/or o Certified FEAF Practitioner
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Ten or more years of experience in performing Enterprise Architecture work
- Expertise with DODAF 2.0
- Demonstrated knowledge of implementing an Architectural Framework for a federal/DOD client
- Experience using Spec Innovations Innoslate
- Experience using Rational System Architect, Rational DOORS and Traceline, Sparx EA, or other relevant DoD industry architecture tools to support architecture development
- Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance
- Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- FEAC certified ACEA Black Belt
