IT Program Manager

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced program management professional who enjoys leading complex systems initiatives and keeping multiple workstreams aligned. This role will support a major payroll and HR systems implementation effort, with pre-implementation planning already underway and a long-term path through delivery. You’ll play a key part in organizing stakeholders, translating decisions into payroll impacts, and helping keep the project moving in the right direction., * Lead payroll and finance workstreams for a major systems implementation

• Coordinate meetings, action items, and project timelines
• Partner closely with the HR program manager
• Align SMEs and stakeholders across multiple functions
• Translate system decisions into payroll impacts
• Prepare leadership updates and presentation materials
• Track implementation activities and project progress
• Keep the team organized and focused on milestones

• At least 5 years of program or project management experience
• Experience supporting system implementation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Experience working with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and moving parts
• Background in payroll, HR, or HRIS implementations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SAP experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Payroll process knowledge
• Familiarity with enterprise HR and finance systems
