Job description
Concept Plus is seeking a Trainer to lead OCI/Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness for client, ensuring client Technical Advisors, Hosting Coordinators, and operations staff can independently operate and support the delivered environments.
What you’ll do
- Deliver OCI training and knowledge-transfer engagements to client Technical Advisors and Hosting Coordinators.
- Provide Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, runbooks, and operational onboarding.
- Develop training materials, runbooks, and operational readiness documentation (Section 508 compliant).
- Support OCI integration into client tools including (not limited to) Lens, Match, and Helix.
- Coordinate with engineering leads to keep documentation aligned with delivered architecture.
Requirements
- US Citizen
- Solid OCI and/or Cloud@Customer operational knowledge.
- Proven experience creating training content and delivering technical KT to enterprise/government audiences.
- Strong technical writing skills for runbooks and operational documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud operations and support processes.
- Section 508 accessible-document experience.
- Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance., * Experience with CMS tooling (Lens, Match, Helix) or similar enterprise ops platforms.
- Instructional design background.
- Prior federal/CMS training delivery.
- 6+ years in cloud operations/technical training with hands-on OCI exposure.
- OCI Foundations/Operations certification a plus.
