Lead Security Technician

• Install and program access control, alarms, intercoms, video surveillance, and related systems
• Lead on-site teams and assist with training junior technicians
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Troubleshoot and ensure system functionality
• Communicate job status using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PlanGrid, etc.

• 2-3+ years of commercial security installation experience
• Hands-on experience with devices: card readers, panels, IP cameras, mag locks, etc.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing)
• Willingness to travel
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bosch, Honeywell, Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, etc.
• Locksmith knowledge and light conduit work
