Job description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations., * Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Monitor business performance and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Prepare clear presentations and reports for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Assist in automating recurring reports and analytical processes.
  • Support business planning through data-driven insights.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about data, business analytics, and creating meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making., * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts)
  • SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Filtering, Basic Query Writing)
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Data Visualization principles
  • Data Cleaning and Validation
  • Basic knowledge of Statistics
  • Familiarity with Python or R (preferred but not mandatory)
