Job description

QTI is partnering with a well-established organization in Wisconsin to identify a Web Developer to join their Marketing team. This position will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital experiences across multiple web platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end development skills with a passion for user experience and collaboration. This role works closely with marketing, design, and internal teams to create engaging, responsive websites that support business goals and enhance the user experience., * Build, maintain, and update website content and functionality using HTML and CSS.

  • Develop responsive user interfaces that perform across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to bring digital initiatives to life.
  • Translate design concepts and mockups into functional web experiences.
  • Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website and interface issues.
  • Support website enhancements, updates, and ongoing maintenance efforts.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across digital platforms.
  • Support website integrations and ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Stay current on web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience building and maintaining responsive websites.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and modern web design best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and version control.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
