Software Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Software Support Specialist who can understand complex technical systems and support customers through installing, configuring, and troubleshooting HanAra’s industrial software. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll install solutions, resolve technical issues, and support process industry leaders across power generation, district energy, water/wastewater, oil & gas, and manufacturing., * Installing solutions: Deploying HanAra’s software at customer sites (typically remotely) and providing the necessary engineering services to get systems up and running

• Managing installed solutions: Maintaining an accurate record of solutions deployed at customer sites, tracking software versions and update statuses, and managing reported issues through to resolution
• Resolving issues: Providing onsite and offsite technical support, troubleshooting problems, and following up with customers to ensure successful resolution
• Documenting expertise: Improving technical documentation and sharing product knowledge to support customers and internal teams
• Improving the product: Partnering with product development and engineering teams to enhance solutions based on user and customer feedback
• Supporting sales: Working with the sales department to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process and connecting the sales department with the customers during engineering engagements

• Self-directed learner who can master complex technical concepts independently
• Natural problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Effective communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers
• Technically grounded professional with experience in software project implementation and installation, network administration (Windows), and SQL database management
• Industrial systems specialist with SCADA/DCS/HMI/PLC knowledge and experience configuring plant data interfaces such as OPC, Modbus, or BACnet
