The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating enterprise platforms and architecture, working directly with engineers to troubleshoot and improve systems, developing future-state recommendations, and communicating technical findings and recommendations to leadership., * Assess existing enterprise platforms, infrastructure, architecture, tools, processes, integrations, and operational practices.

  • Work with technology leadership and engineering teams to understand the current environment, business requirements, technical challenges, and operational priorities.
  • Identify architectural gaps, technical debt, system inefficiencies, performance issues, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate current-state capabilities and help define appropriate future-state technology architectures and capabilities.
  • Recommend practical, scalable solutions that improve reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate technologies, platforms, tools, and implementation approaches and provide technical recommendations to leadership.
  • Assist with proof-of-concept efforts and technical evaluations of potential solutions.
  • Work across infrastructure, platform, application, cloud, security, networking, and operational teams to identify dependencies and develop integrated solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and operational teams.
  • Translate complex technical issues, risks, and recommendations into clear information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase platform reliability, scalability, automation, security, and operational effectiveness.
