Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our human capital management systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion will help enhance our HR processes, improve employee engagement, and contribute to a more efficient workflow., * Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software integrity.
  • Assist in data migration and cleansing efforts during project phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HCM technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Document process flows, user guides, and training materials for future reference.
  • Participate in ongoing support and maintenance of the Oracle HCM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially Core HR.
  • Proven experience in system implementations and configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
