• Gather and analyze client requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM systems to enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance management processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Create documentation for system configurations and user guides.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM enhancements and best practices.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Performance Management within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing HCM solutions.
• Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field preferred.
