Business Analyst - AI & CRM

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences/Pharma, CRM, and AI experience. The ideal candidate will work with business and technology teams to define requirements, improve CRM processes, and support AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 4+ years of CRM experience
• Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, and automation
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis
• User stories, functional requirements, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Agile/Scrum experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience with UAT, change management, and user adoption
• Strong analytical and communication skills
