Job description

  • Develop, modify, test, and maintain software applications and services.
  • Support API development, database integration, and web-based application enhancements.
  • Assist with deployments, troubleshooting, and system maintenance across development and test environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation within GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Apply software engineering best practices including version control, unit testing, and continuous integration.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 0-4 years of experience in software development, software engineering, or related technical work.

  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development concepts.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Exposure to Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • US Citizenship required due to government clearance regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, or S3.
  • Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Linux administration and scripting.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Security+ or other technical certifications.
