In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce and other enterprise application platforms by designing and executing both automated and manual test plans.Essential Functions

Define department-wide quality standards, testing methodologies, and release governance processes

Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional, comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, and regression scenarios.

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch
-
Execute test plans and report defects using appropriate QA tools, ensuring traceability between business requirements/stories and test coverage.

Analyze, track, and report defects and support the resolution of production issues through root cause analysis and replication in test environments.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver backlog enhancements and project work in iterative release cycles.

Mentor QA engineers, champion a culture of quality, and solve complex technical bottlenecks across teams

Conduct ongoing testing and validation to maintain the stability and performance of integrated enterprise applications.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
-
Experience with API testing and validating system integrations with external platforms.
-
Experience in validating distributed, highly available AWS architectures, data pipelines, and security compliance.
-
Experience in designing automation frameworks for large-scale enterprise platforms like Salesforce (including Apex, custom objects, and managed packages).
-
Knowledge of healthcare data standards, specializing in the architecture, validation, and compliance testing of HL7 and FHIR API messaging structures is a strong plus.
Benefits & conditions
$100,000.00 to $135,000.00
