(Remote) Sr Software Engineer - Go/HTML/CSS Warehouse Automation - Build software that powers next-generation warehouse automation., * We are looking for a highly skilled Go developer with embedded frontend experience (HTML/CSS) to join a dynamic team building next-generation automation and operational systems for a large-scale distribution environment.
  • This role is frontend-focused with backend integration responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity to work on greenfield projects that directly impact operational efficiency.
  • While experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or WMS is a plus, our focus is on strong software engineering skills, hands-on coding, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software that streamlines operations, enables automation, and supports enterprise-scale workflows.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Go applications using Go templates for embedded HTML/CSS frontend interfaces (server-side rendering, no JS frameworks). Build reusable, maintainable, high-performance code with strong focus on UI rendering. Collaborate remotely with team members using video calls, sharing ideas, asking questions, and contributing to innovative solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Optionally: integrate with automation, robotics, or WMS systems (on-the-job training available).

Requirements

3-10 years of professional software development experience with Go and Go templates. Strong HTML5/CSS3 skills, with experience rendering server-side Go templates. Experience with backend integration (full-stack training possible). Comfort in Ubuntu/Linux environments. Strong remote collaboration and communication skills; ability to ask for help and contribute ideas.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Exposure to warehouse automation, material handling, or robotics. CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes experience. Greenfield project experience or enterprise-scale rollouts

Salary: $150,000 - $172,000 per year
