Technical Program Manager - AHE Operations & AI Enablement

• Lead AHE Quarterly Planning process, budgeting, and various operational improvement initiatives
• Lead the definition, development, and roll-out of AI automation tools that empower AHE TPMs and Engineering to elevate their productivity
• Own AHE’s JIRA hygiene and issue-resolution targets, supporting the team in resolving critical issues and cross-team requests within agreed timelines
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline the firmware configuration for all projects across different target configuration phases
• Develop and maintain standard reports and one-pagers to communicate program status, risks, issues, and achievements concisely and effectively to key stakeholders and leadership

• BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
• At least 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across hardware and/or software
• Hands-on familiarity with end-to-end product development processes and proficiency in tools required to manage complex programs (i.e., Gantt charts, risk tracking and reporting, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)
• Proven understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
• An ability to keep the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience
• Prior work experience in a related industry

• Proven experience with building AI-based solutions in the SMB/Enterprise spaces to automate workflows across JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, and other productivity tools
• Previous product development Operations Program Management experience spanning areas such as budgeting, organization-wide planning cycles, risk management, reporting (JIRA, dashboards), and process development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Atlassian JIRA, Automation, Budget Management, Budgeting, Computer Engineering, Computer Firmware, Computer Hardware, Computer Science, Cross-Functional, Electrical Components, Electricity, Functional Programming Languages, Infotainment, Leadership, Modeling Languages, Operational Improvement, Operations Management, Pager, Problem Solving Skills, Process Development, Product Development, Product/Service Launch, Project/Program Management, Reporting Dashboards, Risk, Risk Management, Slack, Standards Development, Technical Leadership, Vehicle Driving, Vehicle Fleets
