Job description

An employer is seeking a remote SAP ECP Sr. System Analyst for a remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and improve overall HR processes., * Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for USA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.

  • Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other SuccessFactors modules.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.

  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and automation in accordance with country-specific tax and labor laws.

  • Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions.

  • Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflows.

  • Work on cross-functional testing, including integration between SAP and third-party applications.

  • Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.

  • Support UAT Cycle execution, coordinate test activities, and ensure successful completion of business validation requirements.

  • Lead and support payroll parallel runs and payroll validation activities to ensure payroll accuracy and readiness for production deployment.

  • Coordinate payroll testing, defect triage, tracking, and resolution activities in collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners.

  • Collaborate with business teams and implementation partners to reconcile payroll results, investigate discrepancies, and support issue resolution.

  • Contribute to cutover planning, execute payroll-related cutover activities, and support production readiness assessments for a successful go-live.

  • Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP ECP.

  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP ECP and system analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

Requirements

8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.

Must have experience with multiple USA & Canada payroll implementations; experience in other countries is an added advantage.

Experience in payroll integrations with third-party vendors such as WFS (Work Force Software), Benefits, and Taxation Systems.

Hands-on experience supporting UAT cycles, payroll parallel testing, payroll validation, cutover activities, and production go-live support.

Experience in defect management, issue resolution (P2P), and reconciliation of payroll results during testing and deployment phases. SAP ECP Certification is preferred.
