Insured Deposit Solutions Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an Insured Deposit Solutions Specialist - Contractor for a top banking client. This individual will support the daily operations of insured deposit products across multiple platforms, ensuring transactions, account servicing activities, and operational processes are completed accurately and within established service levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong banking operations experience, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and expertise in deposit products, reconciliations, and cash management solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Treasury, Wealth Management, Finance, Technology, and Risk teams while contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and key strategic initiatives in a fast-paced banking environment. With potential for long-term conversion, this position provides an excellent pathway into a growing and highly specialized area of banking operations.

2+ years of Banking Operations experience or related financial services background

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account servicing

Experience with cash management products, sweep structures, and liquidity management

Working knowledge of IntraFi products (ICS, CDARS, IND)

Experience with Reich & Tang (R&T) platforms and FDIC-insured deposit products

Background in account reconciliations, balancing, settlement processing, and GL controls

Understanding of operational risk, audit requirements, dual-control procedures, and compliance standards Experience with FIS IBS

Experience with FTM and cash manager administration

Knowledge of Stable Custody and WATC processes

SharePoint and Power BI experience

Experience supporting Business Banking (BeB) account administration

Experience with workflow automation, testing, or process improvement initiatives

Prior IDS platform migration or conversion experience
