Job description

Business Analyst shapes the vision and strategy with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution.

Your role

One will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure solutions meet organizational goals.

They work closely with users, product owners, and developers to identify business needs, improve processes, define requirements, and help deliver successful projects that provide measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (aka Hybris) functionality, configuration options, development lifecycle as well as strong understanding of web application architectures.
  • Experience with knowledge of project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Able to successfully lead a team in disparate locations
  • Core consulting skills for a client facing role including communications, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to apply consulting skills to solve client business problems
  • Gather business requirements from business users and helping them flesh out those requirements to a detailed level that all can easily understand.
  • Document business requirements in a way that effectively conveys the required functionality to the customer and to the technical staff.
  • Work with technical staff to communicate business requirements and confirm they interpret those requirements correctly into technical specifications.
  • Track progress on delivery of features to the customer and addressing any business issues that arise during the development or testing process.
  • Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including: questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and delivery
  • Strong written and oral communications skills

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
