Job description
We are seeking an experienced Division Manager / Operations Manager to lead and grow our Low Voltage Technologies division in the Tampa/Plant City market.
This leadership role is responsible for operations, business development, sales, estimating, project management, financial performance (P&L), customer relationships, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the Low Voltage division
- Manage P&L and overall financial performance
- Develop annual operating budgets and business plans
- Drive business development and revenue growth
- Oversee estimating, project management, and field operations
- Build and mentor high-performing teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide operational reporting and performance metrics
- Collaborate with accounting, HR, IT, fleet, and executive leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Low Voltage, Structured Cabling, Security, or Technology Infrastructure
- Previous experience as:
- Operations Manager
- Division Manager
- Branch Manager
- Area Manager
- Low Voltage Operations Manager
- Technologies Manager
- Strong P&L ownership experience
- Business development and customer relationship management experience
- Experience leading operations and field teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- RCDD Certification is a plus
