Salesforce Architect (Financial Services Cloud) - Washington, DC (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a hands-on architect who can design scalable solutions, drive platform governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.

• 9+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and technical leadership responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow Builder
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, and middleware
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, SSO, and MFA
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and modern deployment practices
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and large data volumes
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
