Network Administrator

We are seeking a Network Administrator to support and maintain our internal and client-facing IT environments. This role combines network administration, systems support, and hands-on field work to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot client IT environments. The ideal candidate has strong experience with network infrastructure, Linux systems, cybersecurity, and customer-facing technical support. You’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable networks and integrated solutions for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both structured IT administration and real-world technical deployment., * Design, configure, and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Linux servers and network appliances.
• Deploy and manage Sophos Firewall, Email Protection, and Endpoint Protection solutions.
• Monitor network health and performance using Zabbix, Nagios, or similar monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot network, server, security, and connectivity issues remotely and on-site.
• Perform low-voltage cabling, structured wiring, and hardware installations for networking, AV, and security systems.
• Collaborate with technicians and project managers to deliver client implementations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and technical procedures.

• Experience administering Linux servers in production environments.
• Experience with Sophos firewall, email protection, and endpoint protection
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, or similar)
• Familiarity with category cable termination
• Familiarity with firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and managed switches
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate, * Certifications: CCNA, Sophos, or related
• Experience with automation/integration platforms
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills

• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 50 lbs
