Smart Systems Manager

The SMART Program Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert for SMART operations across the organization. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll support branches through training, implementation, troubleshooting, inventory management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with operations, sales, customer service, leadership teams, and SMART technology partners to ensure successful deployment and long-term adoption of SMART solutions.

What You’ll DoBranch Development & Training

• Train and coach branch teams on SMART operational processes and best practices
• Support SMART deployments and branch implementation efforts
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in the field
• Reinforce standards and ensure consistent execution across branches
• Drive branch capability development through ongoing support and education

Inventory & Device Management

• Coordinate SMART device ordering and inventory management
• Ensure accurate tracking, deployment, and redeployment of equipment
• Monitor inventory controls and reconciliation processes
• Support device lifecycle management and asset accountability

Alarm Handling & Quality Assurance

• Support SMART alarm management and escalation processes
• Help transform system alerts into actionable branch-level activities
• Review reporting and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive process consistency and quality assurance initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and service execution, The SMART Program Manager is critical to Corky’s vision of becoming a global leader in preventive pest control. You’ll help drive technology adoption, improve operational performance, enhance customer value, and support the continued growth of SMART solutions across our organization.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong understanding of SMART operations, pest control services, and branch operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret operational data and convert insights into action plans
• Willingness and ability to travel to branch locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Pest Control License (where required by state regulations)
• Experience with SMART platforms and reporting tools, including:
• Panorama
• SMART Device Tool
• Power BI
• WisePlan
• SMART Reporting Systems
• Experience supporting SMART installations, maintenance, and alarm management
• Background in inventory control, work order management, quality assurance, and process improvement
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, stretch, and work both in office and field environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders, entering confined spaces, kneeling, crawling, and performing field support activities
• Ability to operate SMART devices, office equipment, and computer systems
• Ability to work flexible or irregular hours when business needs require
