Salesforce Project Manager

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end client engagements - from discovery through go-live - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

You will:

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams of consultants, developers, and architects
• Manage multiple Salesforce implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
• Own project budgets, timelines, scope, and resource utilization
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into user stories
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Manage change requests and ensure scope alignment
• Partner with Sales and Client Advisors on pre-sales scoping and solution strategy
• Identify additional opportunities to expand client partnerships

This role blends leadership, strategy, delivery excellence, and client relationship management.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce
• Proven capacity to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment
• Work authorization in the U.S. (no current or future sponsorship required), * Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications
• PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent professional certification
• Consulting experience
• Strong documentation, attention to detail, and user story writing experience
• Flexibility to assume responsibilities as a Business Analyst (BA) or Test Lead when required by project needs

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
