Network & Surveillance Support Technician

Seeking an experienced IT professional to support and maintain facilities-based technology systems including video surveillance, access control, building automation, and telecommunications platforms. The role is responsible for system design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation across multiple locations., * Install, configure, maintain, and monitor statewide network infrastructure

• Support Cisco routers and switches
• Administer Palo Alto and Zscaler web filtering solutions
• Maintain video surveillance, server, workstation, and storage environments
• Support access control and building automation systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Provide project tracking, reporting, and status updates
• Contribute to strategic and tactical infrastructure planning
• Work independently at multiple secure locations as required

• Cisco Networking (Routers & Switches) - 3+ years
• Palo Alto Firewalls - 1+ year
• Zscaler Web Filtering - 1+ year
• Video Surveillance Systems - 1+ year

• Strong technical documentation and reporting experience
