Job description

Join a dynamic team as a Cloud/AI Developer where you will design, develop, and maintain innovative Java-based, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will build secure, scalable services for image capture, processing, storage, and distribution, supporting both internal workflows and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI capabilities like classification, OCR, and image redaction, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance. Your expertise will help transform complex image-driven processes and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience developing backend services and APIs in Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred)
Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on GCP, utilizing serverless and container-based approaches
Experience working with image workflows, AI integration (such as computer vision, OCR), and metadata management
Strong knowledge of secure engineering practices, including IAM, encryption, and audit logging
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
Excellent troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams
