Lubbock I.T. Support Technician

• Build and support LANs; run, terminate, test, and trace Ethernet cabling
• Support car wash POS systems and on-site technology
• Install and maintain IP camera systems, wiring, and remote access
• Troubleshoot PCs/servers, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Slack, QuickBooks, Adobe, and other apps
• Assist with Active Directory: accounts, password resets, and access control
• Respond to requests remotely/on-site, including on-call during operating hours
• Document procedures, issues, and resolutions; coordinate with ops and vendors
• Work safely with ladders/power tools around water, heat, noise, and electricity

Qualifications (required): HS diploma/GED, 18+, valid driver’s license, travel-ready, tool-capable, safety-minded problem solver. Apply and bring your I.T. Support Technician skills to the field.
