Job description

Onsite Solutions Specialist / Solution Architect / Reliability Specialist / Maintenance Specialist / Sustainability Specialist, * Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to grow the onsite solutions business.

  • Create tailored proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Hold accountability for meeting site visit, quote, and revenue quotas.
  • Works with equipment manufacturers and software providers to provide unique solutions for specific customer requirements.
  • Works with suppliers to select and verify equipment and software solutions.
  • Generates year-over-year revenue growth through expanding solution placements with existing and new customers.
  • Targets prospective Branches and customers though sales calls and presentations.
  • Develops solution proposals and assists with sales process as needed.
  • Assists with contract execution.
  • Provides financial information that enables the branch and division to make sound investments in support of the customer.
  • Provides equipment and software solution training as required.
  • Conducts ROS analysis based on solution recommendation.
  • Establishes financial recommendations for Branches to ensure profitability within Mi Financial guidelines.
  • Acts as a mentor to lower level employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Entry to senior-level experience acceptable.
  • Strong technical focus related to the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry certifications related to reliability, sustainability, and storeroom solutions are preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook) and telephone interactions.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Demonstrates consistent delivery of repeatable results.
  • High emotional intelligence for effective collaboration.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required., * Travel required 30-40% within the designated geography.
  • Able to work in various industrial environments (including conditions that may be cold, hot, wet, or dry) requiring standard PPE.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
