Job description

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Teamcenter Product Configurator (Variant Management) and Teamcenter Quality (QMS) to design and implement integrated PLM solutions ensuring endtoend digital thread and compliance., Architect solutions for Product Configurator (Options/Variants, Modular Config, 150% BOM) and Quality modules (NCM, CAPA, Audit, Supplier Quality).

Define governance for variant rules, effectivity, and reusable structures.

Integrate product configuration with quality processes, BOM, and change workflows.

Lead integration across CAD (NX, CATIA, Creo), ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, and Quality systems using SOA/REST APIs.

Provide technical oversight on BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC).

Drive roadmap for variant management maturity & digital quality transformation.

Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, IATF 16949 and auditready traceability.

Requirements

12-18+ years in PLM implementations.

5+ years in Teamcenter Product Configurator & Quality (QMS).

Deep knowledge of EBOM/MBOM, variant conditions, effectivity, occurrence management.

Strong expertise in BMIDE data modeling, ITK, SOA, AWC.

Solid understanding of quality processes (NCM, CAPA, audits).
