Skills: Workday, HCM, (Studio, EIB, APIs), data governance and security., * 5+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration and/or security.
- 5+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs) preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
- Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.
