Job description

We are seeking a Senior Workday Developer / Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, Studio, APIs, and Payroll integrations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across technical and functional areas, owning integration enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR and technical stakeholders., * Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and related Workday technologies.
Build and support Workday Payroll integrations with internal systems and third-party vendors.
Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize integration performance.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, integration mappings, and development solutions.
Support Workday enhancements, releases, testing, deployments, and production issues.
Work with HR, Payroll, Security, and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to junior Workday developers/analysts.

Requirements

5+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration and/or Security
5+ years of Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs preferred)
Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices
