Security Network Engineer

Client needs Security Network Engineer who has a range of technology. Candidate should have Palo Alto Network skills as well as strong Cisco skills. Networking experience needed and skillset could range with WAN, MPLS, LAN, Site to Site, Wireless, PAN configuration, policy. Candidate must have an open mind and willing to learn client’s unique environment.

• Strong foundation in Security Networking concepts, including routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks (PAN) technologies or network security platforms.
• Experience working across a range of networking and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand complex environments and learn new technologies quickly.
• A collaborative, curious, and open-minded approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to learn how our unique environment operates rather than assuming previous experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
