Requirements

Reid Manufacturing builds high-end commercial cabinetry with European-style construction for demanding commercial and architectural projects. We’re growing, and we need someone to bring our operations - purchasing, inventory, production tracking, and administration - into the AI-powered era, without losing the practical, hands-on culture that makes our shop run.

Responsibilities include: automating purchasing/supplier email workflows in Outlook/365; owning our Kanban-based inventory replenishment process; designing barcode/QR-code scanning for receiving and cycle counts; building lightweight database-backed web apps for inventory and staff use; keeping data consistent between QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Excel, and new tools; evaluating/leading a manufacturing ERP implementation; evaluating/implementing a CRM for commercial clients and projects; managing Windows server/shop computer infrastructure.

Requirements: 3+ years building/integrating business software in a small-to-midsize manufacturing or trades business; hands-on AI/LLM experience applied to real workflows; strong Excel skills; QuickBooks Desktop or ERP experience; CRM familiarity; comfort designing for non-technical users; Outlook/365 administration; basic Windows server/network administration.
