Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a high-energy Salesforce developer who combines deep platform expertise with a strong command of modern AI tools and applications. You will join a company that already has a fully custom ERP built on Salesforce and help us move faster-leveraging AI to improve development velocity, automate processes, and extract more value from the system we have already built.

What You’ll Own

• Extend and refine our existing custom Salesforce ERP (objects, Apex, Lightning, integrations, automation, reporting)
• Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate development, reduce manual work, or improve user experience
• Design and implement practical AI solutions that sit alongside or inside Salesforce (prompt engineering, AI agents, document intelligence, predictive features, workflow automation, etc.)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to turn ideas into working solutions quickly
• Maintain clean, scalable code while moving at a higher velocity than traditional “enterprise architect” timelines

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, platform events, integrations, security model)
• Proven ability to work inside an existing complex Salesforce org rather than green-field builds
• Extremely strong practical knowledge of AI tools and techniques relevant to business systems (you should be able to speak fluently about what’s actually useful today vs. what’s still hype)
• Bias toward speed and iteration-comfortable shipping useful solutions quickly and refining them
• Strong ownership mentality and high energy; you move fast and take pride in results

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, or specialized Salesforce AI features) into Salesforce
• Background with ERP-style processes (inventory, service, operations, field service, etc.)
• Ability to evaluate and implement AI-assisted development workflows that make the team faster

This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the Salesforce platform and genuinely excited about using AI as a force multiplier rather than treating it as a side experiment.
